Eric Brown

Eric S. Brown is a Madison-based management consultant. He assists startups and small growing companies with business planning, marketing strategy and financing. His clients include manufacturers, service companies, and non-profit organizations. A significant percentage of his clients are high-tech companies. Since 1990 Mr. Brown has been co-chairman of Madison Area Business Consultants, a professional association with over 100 members. He has served on boards of companies and non-profit organizations (including the MPL Foundation board since 2004). In addition, he has volunteered at the Wisconsin Venture Fair, the Madison Business & Education Partnership, It's My Business (CAC), and United Way. Mr. Brown has been an active library user ever since he can remember. In his consulting work he makes extensive use of library resources. As a MPLF board member, he tries to help make connections between the board and area businesses.
