Zach Smith loves reading old Russian literature, and designates Tolstoy’s “Anna Karenina” as one of the best books ever written. Making frequent use of Madison Public Library’s Central location, Zach says he most often checks out books and DVDs, and even used the library to vote in 2016 and to reserve rooms for meetings.

He says he has really come to appreciate all the library has to offer.

“Honestly, I like the physical space,” Zach says. “I like reading, so it’s nice to find different things and be in a nice space.”

Recently, Zach says he has read through the entire “Game of Thrones” series and is eagerly awaiting the next installment. He also makes good use of the library’s “too good to miss” selection, saying the choices get you to look at something different every time.
