Madison Public Library Foundation's third annual Rock & Read: A Father's Day Family Fundraiser, held on Sunday, June 19 in the Capital Brewery Bier Garden, raised over $10,000 to support Madison Public Library's Summer Reading Clubs.

Book Club Café 2016

Book Club Café brings together book lovers to celebrate reading and Madison's public libraries. This year's even will feature Erin Celello, author of "Learning to Stay" and "Miracle Beach."

Ex Libris Volume V: Beer for Brunch

Madison Public Library Foundation's sold-out Ex Libris Volume V: Beer for Brunch, which was held on Friday, November 13, at Central Library, raised more than $62,000 for the foundation to support our city's fine libraries.

2015 Wisconsin Book Festival

The 2015 festival will be October 22-25, with Central Library hosting most events, and festival partners including the university, area schools, and arts and humanities organizations. The festival draws more than 24,000 people a year attending mostly free, public author talks, performances and related activities. Festival programs are now held year-round.

Pitching for Pinney

Help raise funds for the new east side Pinney Library! Head out to the Duck Pond to watch the Madison Mallards take on the Alexandria Blue Anchors on Monday, Aug. 3, at 7:05 p.m. Your $15 ticket includes game admission, a Mallards hat, a hot dog and a soda. The Mallards will donate $7 of each ticket sale to the Pinney Library Capital Campaign.
